Registered User Menu

Now that you've confirmed your account and logged in, the menu area on the left hand side shows your username with the following info:

•  My Account - update your profile information including username, email address, password, newsletter subcriptions, notification settings, photo/avitar, Flickr ID and contact information.
• Create content -  create blog posts, events and weblinks.

Please make sure if you login to this website at a shared or public computer (a coffee shop, library, etc.) that you click 'log out' when done - you wouldn't want somone posting information as you.
