“Helmets to Hardhats” Exhibit is in solidarity with Labor History Month. Most soldiers come from working class families, kids sent off to the slaughter of war and those who survive return to the world of work and working class struggles.

The play is "Pvt. Wars," by James McLure. Blackfish Gallery - 420 NW Ninth Ave, Portland, OR 97209. Friday & Saturday Nov 9th and 10th Three G.I.s recovering from Vietnam injuries, a meaningful mosaic as the three tease, torment, entertain, exasperate and, on occasion, solace each other…
